Dairy industry
It is a traditional Spanish industry, with high importance in rural areas of the country, which has been adapting to the decline in domestic dairy consumption, with a rise in exports and thanks to the use of milk as a raw material.
Raw and pasteurized milk tanks, sifters, pasteurizers, evaporators, etc., as well as packaging equipment, are closed systems that are cleaned by CIP systems that alternate alkaline and acid products, and combine temperature processes and the use of disinfectants, to adapt critical facilities, since dairy products are products for direct consumption without heat treatment, and food safety is essential.
Understanding the need for single pass products in areas where calcium precipitate is not excessive, preventing Listeria biofilms or properly treating mold washing machines or mold washing baths are major challenges in the industry.
